Venetian Condominium is located on the Intracoastal bay on the south east side of the Las Olas Boulevard Bridge. The Venetian offers panoramic views of the Ocean, and the Intracoastal Waterway. Many of the units enjoy a wrap-around terrace, offering a 180 degree view.
The grounds and gardens are thoughtfully planned, and meticulously manicured. The Intracoastal front pool is heated for those "cool" winter days. The Venetian has a beautiful common boat dock area ~ available on a first come, first served basis. There are 2 sizes of slips when available, and prices will be quoted by management upon request. The current wait for a slip, according to management is approximately 1-2 years.
