Fort Lauderdale Ocean Access

  There are two main ocean inlets in the Fort Lauderdale area, the "Hillsboro Bay” inlet, which is just north of  the 14thstreet causeway in Pompano Beach and the “Port of Ft Lauderdalet”, which is just south of Las Olas Blvd.  Fort Lauderdale Waterfront Homes  are usually more exepnsive the closer you get to these inlets. Near the Port you can find waterfront homes starting in the $1,000,000 range with no fixed bridges, in areas such asHarbor Beach or Rio Vista. If you are willing to do a Ft Lauderdale Waterfront Home with a fixed bridge you can find Waterfront Fort  Lauderdale homes in the same areas starting at approximately $600,000. 

To the North, near the 14thstreet causeway, you can find ocean access waterfront homes starting in the $400’s in the City of Pompano Beach.
